My TV Habits

I'd like to say I don't watch a lot of TV but when I think about it, I do. But there is only a few things that I try to watch, the other stuff is only because I am bored or the TV is on while I read and I sort of half watch it/listen to it.
There are a few good shows I try not to miss, tho. Generally more Science Fiction or Fantasy type shows. I like Supernatural and I really like the new show Once Upon a Time. I also like Bones and House. Most other shows it doesn't really matter if I miss them even tho I may try and watch them each week. Eureka and Fairly Legal are too currently running shows I like. In the fall there will be new episodes of Psych, The Walking Dead, Leverage and Royal Pains.
On average there is maybe six hours of TV I try not to miss a week, another 6-10 hours I typically don't miss (usually crap that is on and I have nothing better to do and so watch it, alot of this is reality TV, history or discovery channel, news/politics/religion and repeats or old movies) and maybe another 10 hours a week that are just on because I can't sleep. So that is about 24 hours of TV a week. All of this is at night, I rarely turn on the TV during the day.
I also watch maybe 2-4 hours of DVD or Computer related material a week and an average of an hour of YouTube a day.
So, is this normal or too much TV?

I think that you are normal. I think my name could be Abby Normal!
as in that line from movie Young Frankenstein. I used to watch when I was bored or for noise
I used to be such a TV junkie, had it on all the time. Now i hardly watch. My all time favorites were Frasier-Roseanne-the older Law and Order\'s-The Sopranos(LOVED THAT ONE!)-Homicide/Life on the streets-People\'s Court-ER and MTV\'s REAL WORLD, and liked a lot of older shows. the newer ones I just can\'t get in to.

I rent movies and older TV shows on DVD or watch some news, and weather channel, and PBS now.
