My sweet wife's birthday.
My wife's 64th birthday was yesterday March 28th. She wasn't here to celebrate it. I didn't celebrate it either. I went to a Passover dinner. I thought she would have liked that. The people at our church are so loving and accepting. I miss her so. I have been crying a lot these past few days. It's her first birthdayshe wasn't here. I always joked with her about me being 4 years younger than her, but now I'm catching up to her. I didn't want to. I'm getting ready to go on a trip with my son and daughter in law to visit her parents. They live in Texas, Donna always wanted to go to Texas. We flew through there a few times but wanted to drive there and explore. I'm feeling really guilty now I have the opportunity to go and she isn't with me. I guess I shouldn't but I do. I feel really bad because she didn't get to go. We so loved traveling together. Tears, lots of tears.

Thanks Ray, the firsts are hard. You take care.
Hi Jeff, I\'m sorry you\'ve had a hard few days. My Jeff\'s birthday was in January. Ray is right the firsts just suck. We just had Passover without him. I opened the Haggadah and the tears just started flowing. I used his copy, which had 35 years of his notes in it. I keep telling myself the tears are healing, maybe someday I will believe it. I hope Easter brought you something to smile about. And screw the guilt, go to Texas and have some fun...paula
Thanks Paula. It was tough today but better than I was expecting. I have such a wonderful family. I am going to try to enjoy Texas. It was on our list to go to visit our daughter in laws parents there. Never been to South Padre but I see lots of sun and drinks on the beach. Take care
