my stbx must make everything effing complicted

we had an appt at family court to settle support.  he showed up after i left and without his pay stubs.  so now we have to go back in april and in the meantime he can not b depended upon 4 anything.  im so sick of him.  OMG. y can't he ever do the right thing.  y cant he just do what hes supposed to ever/?  I men even getting arrested doesnt make him do the right thing.  i told him that a bench warrant cld b issued and even that didnt make him show up on time. 
maybe its better that we get divorced.  hes just selfish and wants things his way even when they make no sense.
he kps cryin about being homeless, but no concern that if my rent doesnt get paid i and our children will be homeless.  hes just so effing selfish.
