My precious cat Nellie is missing
I went away for the week end it was nice to get away just wish I could let loose and have fun but it just isn't in me yet.
On my way home from Up North Sunday about 6pm I called my husband and he told me my cat Nellie is gone and he hasn't seen her he thinks since Friday July 26, 2014.
Nellie she was born September 11, 2001. My Angel son gave her to me in October then he passed away in December so she is very special to me. I am devastated! :'(

I am so so sorry your precious cat is missing. Is she an outside cat and she did not come home? Did your Husband put up signs? Can you call shelters in the area? Maybe someone found her and brought her to a shelter. I hope that you find her. and that she is okay. Gentle hugs to you.
Oh my! She is quite an old gal! I hope you find her soon, she is rather old to be wandering around on her own! Best wishes, I am sorry. Keep us updated about Nellie.

Nellie has never been outside except on the deck in the mornings with me she has never put her little paws on the ground. I have put fliers all over, called vets, checked animal shelters and our local humane society. Still NO Nellie :\'(
How did she get out then? I am so sorry. This is so sad. I hope she is okay.
I would go do to door and knock on people\'s doors. Does she have a tag on her with her name and your phone number so if someone sees her they can call you?

My friends have lost and found pets on Craig\'s list and Facebook, if you have an account. Otherwise ask a friend to post it on Facebook for you. There are services in some cities that do Search and Rescue for lost pets. Josh, a short time before he died, asked me to get in touch with the Search and Rescue team that I knew back then. He was looking for the turtle that belonged to his wife and himself. The dog did lose the scent at sunset in a very rugged area. It was not safe for us to continue that night. They went back and concentrated on that area and found him. Best wishes and prayers for you and Nellie while you are separated.

Oh my dear. I understand. I brought a kitten home from Lisa\'s after the funeral. Yuki was born in the spring - Lisa left us on December 1. Lisa was so thrilled when Sweetie Pie had her kittens. When we couldn\'t find Yuki, I was distraught. We live in a condo and I was afraid she went in the elevator and got outside. It turns out that she got out in the hall and snuck in a neighbour\'s suite.
I hope and pray that your cat will come home. You have and enough losses.

Oh darling, I\'m SO sorry! I understand this all too well......my precious Monday (a yorkie) simply disappeared from this planet 2 years ago. I was crushed. She was my first LOVE after losing Kala. I still miss her terribly.

Hoping you find one another and know that this is SO very distressing! Oh, how sorry I am. :(
Hoping you are reunited soon and that Nellie is okay. One of our daughter\'s cats who never takes off did for several days and did come home. No worse for the wear, yet I know she felt sick about it when they were separated.

My precious Nellie is still missing she is used to a warm bed and home she has never been outside except on our deck with me some morning. I am so worried about her it is a strange world out there for a cat that has never been outside now alone and cold :\'(
