My Personal Trainer
I have become my own personal trainer. I am setting a goal to work out everyday and I write down my progress on the treadmill. I am pushing myself to work harder. I went from walking for 30 minutes on setting 2 and semi jogging on 3 to walking semi jogging on 3 and running on 4, which a couple of days ago I couldn't even walk on 4 without holding on for fear I would slip back and fall off. On 4 I run less time and burn more calories, who could ask for anything more!!!
I gave up all alcohol (empty calories) I drink water, eat fish or chicken, lots of vegetables. For a snack I have Special K chips or crackers or fruit like grapes and mango. My only vice right now is diet soda, but it's better than drinking alcohol. I feel good about that in my life right now. I am finally taking charge. I plan to keep on pushing myself and setting higher and higher goals. They say if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit so I have 18 to go!!!

Thanks Cara I love it because it makes me feel more in control of myself. I took yesterday Off I sort of overdid the squats ouch... but I am going on the treadmill tonight and I will do my upper body as well. I worked out for years, from 1981 - 2000 but when I moved to Florida I let it go, I was spoiled with the Jazzercise teacher I had in CA and I coulnd\'t find one as hard core here.
