My news

Good news/good news.
I'm sorry I have not been on much.  Something seems to be sapping me now.  Allergies?  Not much strength or stamina.  My life continues to whiz past though.
Reeslynn and mommy are doing fine.  The inevitable C-section will probably be Nicole's last, but she found it much easier this time (no hemorrhage or post op uterine infection.)
Gray is doing well at big brother, with the exception that the umbilical cord has greatly upset him.  He was quite certain that it was Reeslynn's penis and that it hurt her.  LOL  Nicole said it finally fell off yesterday, so maybe he can finally get over that trauma.  Although I can already hear his little voice when he realizes she has no penis, "Where go?"
After much research and deliberation and prayer, I have decided to have a robotic thymectomy.  We are getting nowhere so far and right now I seem to be getting weaker on cellcept.  Surgeon felt I was a good candidate for possible improvement as I am female, no thymoma, moderate symptoms, under 60 (would be much better if I was even younger) and I cannot even remember the rest of the good factors.  After surgery, I will go to the surgical intensive care unit for 2 days for observation and if all goes well, should be home in 3-5 days.  5% of Dr. Tisol's thymectomies have required a sternotomy after procedure has started due to large amount of tissue involved.  The only real what if I have been working on yet.
Gearing toward the big yard sale.  Leo is very worried as I can hardly move at this point.  His helper is not much help.  Then I have to squeeze an extra two-day IVIG spa session for pre-surgery, then the weekend before surgery I have a little cottage rented for a family reunion.  I guess I will just let life happen.  No use worrying and I simply can't do more at times.
Photos!  The first is Reeslynn yesterday, on her 2 week birthday.

and this one I took with Nicole's phone on mother's day morning.  Nicole and her brood.

Hope to read you all soon, but for now, I'm off to bed.

Deb, when and where would you be having surgery? Is there anything I can help you with? My thoughts and prayer are with you.
Sending you strength,

Lovely family photos!
Oh how I wish I were closer. I\'d help with the yardsale in a heartbeat.
Follow Dr\'s orders, especially the rest post-op. That one is especially hard to do.

Another little Debbie to get confused with your baby pictures! Beautiful child--delightful Grayson story. Holding you in the light, Debbie--high time for you to be kicking up your heels. We need to dance with our grandkids! love, b.

What a beautiful family, Debbie! I have faith for you that the thymectomy will help, and yes, let life happen, and REST. Take care,

Loved the picture! I am hopefull your surgery.

The pictures are beautiful and Reslynn is just precious!! As for big brother....he is going to need plenty of assurance that penis\'s don\'t ordinarily \"fall off\"....!! but I have to say he sounds very observant for his age and has an agile quick mind. :) Hugs for the surgery and for the decision...Marie
