My moods seem to be like a yoyo.

My moods seem to be like a yoyo:  happy/sad, good/bad etc.  You get the idea.  This morning I felt good and thought maybe my six month grieving process is coming to an end.  Now I can feel the sadness take over my body.  It is funny how it can sneak up on you without warning.  I have got to throw Smokey's ashes away at Garry Point.  I would like to do it with someone but might ask my older brother Don.  He is coming over for dinner and I am making meat loaf.  It is nice to cook for someone.  I don't cook for myself just heat up TV dinners.  They don't taste as good as a home made meal.  What about you?  I can get so easily distracted.  I feel like an air head most of the time.  Before Smokey's death, I was a wee bit an air head but not like this.  I am not the same person anymore.  How can we be when we lose a dear one whether spouse, child, parent, relative etc?  Grief is hard.  It seems unbearable when it first happens.  I think it is one of the hardest things a person can do in this life is to lose someone close to them.  I would not wish this on my worst enemy (just an expression).  I wish you all a good weekend and better days to come in your lives.

Maybe if you think of it as scattering the ashes instead of throwing them away it will be easier for you. Where is Garry Point? I know the name. LOVE meatloaf, it is comfort food isn\'t it? I understand the distracted thing...I put the coffee in the coffee maker last night and measured the water but I forgot to put the water in! I only figured it out this morning when i heard it making funney noises, yes, I turned it on without water.....I forget a lot of things. Went to the store today and left a candle burning. t will get better.......right? Hugs, Wendy HAPPY MOTHERS DAY
