my journal is my spouse :) hehe
I have no real need to write now, except for the social contact it might bring.
Today is a good day. I went on working this morning and I thought about something
the author David Sedaris said in a podcast. He said "I don't mind a mild depression."
For some reason the thought was such a receptive clarifying association to what I was doing
and experiencing at work. I was making all sorts of attempts at trying to do my work, think about future and deal
with how I was really feeling and reacting internally and I thought "I bet a lot of people feel a mild depression
about their work and their lives too." But that thought, kind of helped me relax about what I was doing
and accepting about my life. It kept me going some more. My day has been happy with some mild depression
at times but it's my day eh? I am ok with that.

Well, your spouse is a REAL square, Mark. Okay, okay. . . More of a rectangle.
Yes, I think mild depression even qualifies you for The Big N-word, you Normie, you.
Don't worry. Your bizarre choice of spouse can save you from all that Normalcy.
I feel like I was born without a kind of compass. Not a moral compass but like a personal vector kind of compass.
I don't know what to do with myself at times, it's either eat or watch tv or some kind of indulgence...like writing the post.
I think maybe
a lot of folks get this way? I guess I am learning to fill my dance card in a way. I don't know why it's coming to me now
but I think this anti anxiety medication has really helped me grow - - and start to look out beyond my nose - vision ahead
and not inward.
Thanks arfus rufus !!
