' My Friend - Barlochan ' !

My Friend Barlochan, Nance Has Gone To Be With
The Good Lord  -  Here Last Status Read This:
" All Tests Done, Now It's The Waiting Game.
See The Doctor On Tuesday So Much Pain.
Not Sleeping.
I'm In A Bad Place  "

She Was Married To A Wonderful Man And Had One Son.
She Lived Next Door To Her Sister And Bill, On A Lake.
She  Called It God's Country, Quiet, Peaceful, Wild Animals,
And No Hustle And Bustle Of The Big Cities.

Nance Loved Reading, Walking, Folk Art Painting,
Loved Animals, Shopping And Loved Having Lots Of People
Around Her.
Liked Watching Figure Skating, Hockey, Golf, Tennis, And
Lacrosse Either In Person Or On T. V.

I Just Loved Chatting With My Friends On The Internet.

I Will Miss You LOTS,  Nance   !!

            ' SAFELY HOME ' !

I Am Home In Heaven, Dear Ones;
Oh So Happy And So Bright !
There is Perfect Joy And Beauty
In This Ever Lasting Light.

All The Pain And Grief is Over,
Every Restless Tossing Passed;
I Am Now At Peace Forever;
Safely Home In Heaven At Last.

Did You Wonder I So Calmy
Trod The Valley of The Shade ?
Oh !  But Jesus' Love Illumined
Every Dark And Fearful Grade.

And He Came Himself To Meet Me
In That Way So Hard To Tread;
And With Jesus Arm To Lean On,
Could I Have One Doubt or Dread ?

Then You Must Not Grieve So Sorely,
For I Love You Dearly Still:
Try To Look Beyond Earth's Shadows,
Pray To Trust Our Father's Will.

There Is Work Still Waiting For You,
So You Must Not Idly Stand;
Do It Now, While Life Remaineth
You Shall Rest In Jesus' Land.

When That Work Is All Completed,
He Will Gently Call You Home;
Oh, The Capture Of That Meeting,
Oh, The Joy To See You Come  !

Hi Barbara, I am so sorry for the loss of your friend Nance. How beautiful your poem and the \"goodbye words\" you wrote. What a wonderful caring person Nance must have been, with such a fantastic view of life around her. She made her mark on life as God wanted, He now has called her home to be with Him. You are a kind, caring & believing friend, I send gentle hugs of sympathy. Love, Jean
