my family

my family is so cool.  they give me everything I need.  and I'm leaving them in a few days to go back home with the hubby.  and when I say everything I need..I mean indepenence in small chunks, space, and they pretend to pick my nose if I don't smile big enough for christmas photos.  make me laugh til I think I might pee.  let me teach the little niece about how to do her homework.  let me teach her how to bake bread in momma's kitchen.  go to my sister's and eat roast beef cooked with crab boil seasonings.(you'd have to taste it to believe it) 
the whole thing makes me want to move back to their area.  but I can't.  there's no work for hubby here.  hubby has very specific job skills and the industry isn't in their area.  so..we go home, pick up the cat, and I'll try to keep the lessons I've learned here in my heart.  although I'll try to keep from picking anyones nose.
