My dear Dad

Just a brief note, to say that my dear, sweet dad, whom I cared for this past decade, has passed away, this past January. He was the grand old age of 96, and died of pneumonia and kidney failure. He was sharp up until the end, and we had the chance to express our great love for each other, something that many never get the chance to do.
I have sad moments, and am quite lonely, especially in the evenings...miss him terribly...but I hold this love inside of me, that I will always carry close to my heart. Living together, just about 24/7, wasn't always smooth sailing; we had our issues, and I have many on this site to thank, for all of your support and kind words, these years. Thank you all, so much! <3
