My Brother's asking for favors a lot.

As I stated in last entry my brother wrecked his car and he is taking his own sweet time getting it fixed. He always strings things out much longer than need be trying to get the best deals or save money or effort on his part. I guess this may not be so bad a thing but he then uses everyone else to fill his needs asking of them to share in his own inconvenience.
So since he has wrecked his car he has called and borro2wed my care twice a week. That it four times since it happened. He won't spend money to rent a car while he needs one but relies on his friends for rides or borrowing my car when he needs the car for awhile. His irresponsibility in wrecking his car is inconveniencing others around him because he won't get his act together and do what he should and pay to have the thing fixed rather than spend five times as much effort and time trying to save maybe 20% of the cost. In the long run the time and effort and inconvenience to everyone involved is not worth the money he might save and stress he is causing.
Meanwhile every time I let him borrow my care I am anxious that something will come u and I will need it and will not have any way to do what needs to be done. I am going thru the moving out of a tenant in the house I only just acquired and they are not returning my calls or letting me know what is going on with them and I can't enter the house of do anything with it until they do and hand over the keys. And at any time they might call and I will need to go there and meet them and if it happens while my brother has got my car it might be who knows how many days until I might be able to get a hold of them again.
Or there might be a problem with my sister.
Anyway, I'm getting more and more anxious about it every time he calls and wants to borrow my car.
I inherited more money than him and had held back from spending money from out of the trust because I did not think there would be that much extra. So out of a sense of fairness I gave him my part of what would have gone to the improvement he wanted to do to one of the houses that he was to inherit. From the amount he had told me it would cost I figured my share to be $1890. When I gave it too him he said it should have been $1912.
Here I am giving him something that I did not have to give him at all and he is quibbling that it was $22 less than what he thought it should be. Now he is hinting at my helping him with his accident and insurance problems that he has to pay because he hit someone's car and asking to borrow my car. I'm not a hard person nor mean but I'm getting tired of how he steps all over everyone and takes and takes. And when I call him on it he plays the 'family' and 'brother' card and tries to make me feel guilty. This probably worked on my mother but it is not going to work on me and once I get fed up I will not be helpful any more.
I'm trying to be independently responsible for my own life and I do not need an irresponsible and inconsiderate, addictive, 52 year old teenager dependently leaching off me and using my own sense of fairness, generosity and wanting to be kind to others against me.
Rant over.
