My brother

I lost my oldest brother on September 1, 2014 on Labor Day here in Canada.  The anniversary is coming up in just over a week.  The mind can forget but the body never does.  I could not figure why I was feeling so sad and then looked at the calendar and rememberd.  I miss Don so much despite of his Asperger's Syndrome.  He kept me grouned because of his Asperger's.  I loved him so much.  He was my best friend, kind, caring, sharing and loving.  We fought as brothers and sisters usually do but loved one another deeply.  He is sorely missed by his one and only sister.  We have a younger brother who lives on Vancouver island with his family.  I do not see  him that often.  We speak on the phone a few times a year.
