my blue heals me

my blue heals me - when i come home from work - kind of feeling crappy 

and mixed up from the day - Blue becomes my focus - and caring about him

and making sure he is ok - it reminds me who I am - and I can have the love in my life

that I want - 

I realized this today - and then when I went to my parents' house for a long walk with them -

I found myself calmed by this idea as I walked with them... I could harken back to "my home"

and know when I was with my parents and sister and brother in law - that I could be respectful

of my relationships with them (and not get upset or lost or freaked out) - because I knew at home I could have the relationship that I want to have

and that indeed is the place for it...does that make sense?

I feel good - tired from the walk but good!!
