my 21st birthday

So I tried one more time this morning to conact one of my friends to go out and do something. After hearing "sorry I'm too busy" for the last time, I just decided that today is my day, not theirs so I'm just going to have fun by myself. After I took and passed my drivers test at the DMV I decided I wanted to go to the coast because I hadn't been their in so long. It was the pefect day to go to the beach. It wasn't raining, nor windy; just the typical cold west coast weather that I'm used to. I took off my shoes and walked along the beach and it was nice and calming. And I can say that it felt good that I didn't have to depend on anyone else to get me to my destination. I can finally drive myself! After I walked along the coast for a few hours I took myself out to lunch and ordered myself a beer. Gawd it was nasty, and I didn't even bother to finish it>.< After all of that, I spent another hour or two walking through all of the little side shops until I drove myself home... Today turned out to be ok, and will definitely be a day to remember. And thank you everyone for the hugs and the party! even though it was online, it was my first/ best party I've ever had. ...And I'm sorry that I missed some of it.
