Must remember to take care
Last night was a weird night and this morning too. For all the ebbs and flows of weirdness I will buttress my path forward by remembering to take care of my responsibilities, be self responsible. Always get my work done. Peace and have a good day!

Peace to you, and remember the tide ebbs and flows to high and low, twice a day, so this is normal. Weird means your explorations and adventures are building up to a different level of courage and strength!
Gosh life changes me everyday. My psychiatrist said to me ‘ we all have to deal with changes within us’ and so I’ll keep on keeping on. Taking care of life.

Work went well until I got kind of emotional and crazy,.. but I kept shifting gears perspective wise to keep at the work I was doing and got good work done.

My thoughts, during work, were on to the idea to make the work my own game. It helped me stay in my lane and kind of appreciate again that we (the folks there) are all busy doing a job responsibly. . I started to feel a pride in the sense that I can do this. And that I’ll embrace my job in the world. I got kind of emotional and crazy later on but kept it together and did the work and came home. Gotta keep on shifting perspectives. For some reason it’s a crazy day.
