mornings scribbles

I woke up this morning and the emptiness felt palpable and woeful...I suppose though like any other day

we need to drag our butts up and just begin the begin. I feel great! Just showered and got dressed, ready for yoga. Later on, I need to buy a vacuum cleaner because my old one (that didn't even work very well) up and croaked on me. What a waste of $$!!

No one here to reassure me - to tell me I am doing right - I'll stop that crap...I think the grass always seems greener. I was watching a "European Christmas" by Rick Steves the other day - and the picturesque beauty of Europe seemed to beckon - but in truth you never know how those lives really are. I love my family and I love the spirit that surrounds. I can also say that I love my life, sure it could've been different but it's just like what I started saying at the top of this journal - you just gotta drag yourself up and out there and even if you kind of don't want to, it will get better...life is calling and so I'll leave for yoga shortly

and then to buy the vacuum cleaner and then to clean the house and ready it for a Christmas visitor...

I am grateful...Sending prayers and good vibes to you guys. Thanks for reading, and I hope the spirit lifts

you up, if anyone is feeling woeful this holiday season.

Peace and Good Kharma,

Mark

I'm so glad that you're feeling good post shower sweetie..... I think that a vacuum cleaner is necessary for a nice clean home so I don't think it's a waste sweetie.... Just not a thing we want to spend on.... Have a great day off..... Big hug.....xo

A not-so-funny thing about my blue days is that wallowing in them blues seldom helps me feel better. The exception to that rule is when I pick up a musical instrument and channel them blues. Pick 'em up and head 'em out.
