More panic attacks

I have had three panic attacks in the past 24 hours.  It is so not fun.  It's getting to the point where I'm hiding from my cats.  Mind you, they are the only things keeping me alive but they scared me earlier today.  The severe pain in my left arm isn't helping.  It's like the bone is grating on the nerve in my elbow.  So, if I move my arm or even my fingers to type, it hurts.
