So, I put in the DVD they suggest we begin with and it says: Do Not Use This Program if you Have Epliepsy or Clinical Depression. WT.????? So, being that I have depression my anxiety went through the roof and I did not use the DVD. I am now contacting people to try and get some clarification about this.
Grrrrrrr! It is probably just a disclaimer, they want people who are severely depressed to get help and not soley rely on the program, but I need to know for sure before I get involved with it. Have some emails out there and will talk with my MD. More delays! Am so burned out I did not need this other glitch.

My gut is saying it\'s just a disclaimer but good idea that you called. When I do my EFT videos, there is a disclaimer. And tapping is reprogramming the amygdala. He explains that sometimes intense emotions can come up during the process and while the tapping usually helps work through those emotions, because he doesn\'t know each of us individually , he just asks that I take full responsibility for my well being.
I\'m sure it was very frustrating to have worked up the courage to start the DVD and then see that. I have a feeling it will only be a small.delay in your adventure.
