If you have grandparents you need to know to hold on and learn as much as you possibly can from them. I miss my grandmother so much. I sometimes want to pick up the phone and call her and ask her about things that I could never understand, like the great depression and living through the early years of Chicago. I want to know how to stay motivated and headstrong. My grandmother was a great person who knew so much about living life and I hope to follow in her footsteps.
My friend Linda is staying the night before she flies out tomorrow morning. Speaking of tomorrow morning I am going to help Katie move her master bed into the basement to make room for their new temperpedic mattress. I like it that she feels that she can depend on me as a friend and now a neighbor to help her through some of the difficult times in life. I really love Katie and she has been one of my best friends for a long time and I plan to keep it that way. Even though I know that my mom and her mom are now not speaking to each other. Jay and Katie are going to take me out to dinner one day and i can't wait because I would love to go out just the three of us. I really like that couple, I think that they are really having fun with life and embracing the time they spend with each other.
I am excited because tomorrow I am going to see my psychiatrist tomorrow afternoon and I am hoping to move down on my seroquel and lose the clonazapam completely. I know that there are some side effects, at first there is a lot of nausea and vomiting some headaches and sleepless nights. I don't know what to expect from this next move in medication, so, for right now I will remain excited and optimistic about reducing these nasty medications.
I have these odd feelings. Sometimes I am really happy and upbeat and other times I feel sad and depressed. I don't think that these moods are from depression because they don't last as long and they aren't as intense as they once were. I'm not quite worried about these mood swings but I just thought I would mention this. I've better get to sleep. I wish everyone the best.
Goodnight moon.
