more drama

Saturday, I go to the store to get potatoe chips.. Did not know that was a bad thing.While I was gone, ddmom gets in an argument in the kitchen with dd(18yo). ddmom(19yo), with 7 mo on her hip, grabs dd by the throat. dh somehow gets baby, two daughters end up fighting on floor. Ddmom threatening to get a knife and stab her sister. Sister calls police. Useless Batrastards come to the house and tell dd that SHE will have to go to jail to if they take ddmom because it was "mutual combat".dd gets in her car and wont come home until ddmom is out. Police informed us/her that we have to go to magistrate and get an eviction notice to get ddmom out of house. dh is doing that today. ddmom says if we evict her she will f some s up...Oh well threats are just threats, right? Of course ddmom HAS gotten a knife out of kitchen before threatening people, dh took it from her by force that time. DD has the right not to be physically attacked in our home. Gs was upset about witnessing this event and on different occassions/days, started talking about Mommy ow, Dindin ow. He loves them both...I have custody of gs, mom has 7 mo gd, I have been talking to DSS, doubt they will intervene. However, I can't live like this, and if I can't keep 7 mo out of a brawl in my own house, then I can't protect her under these conditions, so if ddmom takes her away and dss fails to act then I am done until they do.
