moods change

I had a tumultuous day yesterday from my condition. Sleep helped. I wrote this to my (family member) because I relied on him. I wanted to share.

Hi (family member), about yesterday. I lost sight of being self responsible. I apologize, I went real deep.
I suffered last night and thought of checking into a hospital. But I took my meds and went to sleep. A night’s rest helped. I woke and came down to set up chapel. I was still spinning about life and bad moods and trying to cope with my discomfort and reaction to it. I finally thought of generally what everyone must experience in their feelings, not always sunny but sometimes positive sometimes not. Like when you talked about when hope returns ‘it’s a glorious day.’
I thought about my instinct to sort through my feelings and create wisdom, I think instead of going down my navel, I think I am going to play with my art supplies to satisfy my expression need over my feelings. It would be constructive and productive. I am also realizing that there’s just a limit to what each of us can see and appreciate as individuals and humans. I want to thank you for always being available. Your intellect is amazing. It’s a mind bank. I love you. Have a good day and Happy Valentine’s Day!

I’m sorry you were so down you thought about the hospital. Hope you have checked in with your docs and continued reaching out to people in your life who are meaningful.

This is a good space to compartmentalize difficult things not talked about in everyday life, but important to learn ways of integrating it into each day.

Sending a big hug of support your way. Wishing you a happy Valentine’s Day!
