mood swinging good times

Last night if I could get to a bridge i would have went for a flight.  Now this morning I seem a little hyper and all.  I moved back in with my aunt, who is the grandmother to the boys.  Aaron is spending the week there because of VBS with a girl friend.  It was awkward when he got home.  I had to tell him not to be in a room alone with me, etc, etc. My therapist called to check up on me at 9 last night and I was pretty dopped up from the Atarax.  When I went to be around 10 I seemed ok till 10:30 then I had to take a second because of how I was feeing. Just trying to make it through.
