Money trouble
so I get money thru renting a couple houses I inherited.
One of the tenants is moving out in Mid January and so I will have to find another tenant quickly or I will not have themoney to pay my own bills including rent.
The othe hosue is rented by a family thta has been ther for a long time. They had rented form my parents before they died. I know them and they had been ok renters with soem missed rents or not ful rent paid once in a while and made up but in the last year theyhave not paid theri rent four times, I have had to pay my own bills using credit cards to make up for this and it is coming up on a fifth month now which they wil not have paid.
I cna't afford to have them ivicted and since they have lived there and under my parents for so long I feel bad about doing ti but if they do not pay me I will not be able to pay my own bills very soon and will be ivicted formmy own apartment.
I'm going to have to get har case on them and really push to get them to pay and soon or I"m realy goig to be messed up.
the anxiety and lack of money to buy al lthe food I would normally want to eat is making me very anxious and so I am losing sleep and not feelign well.
The soon I face them the better but even then it doesn't guarantee they wil pay me, I really don't know what to do. They have me over a financial barrel where I cna't afford to have them stay there without paying but cna't afford to have them leave and not be able to fix up the place to rent to anyone else plus the empty time where I get no rent until it is rented.
I"m afriad I will have to try and sell the house and then try and stretch whatI get for it for as long as I can and hope I don't run out before I can start to get social Security in another 10 years. this is nto very likely because of other things thta wil come up and so I'm kind screwed her unless they pay me what they ow me in the next couple months.
Whoever reads this please pray that these people are honorable and pay me so I don't have to have my life come crashig down around me.
