I feel so blessed to  have a husband doing well and yet so many of you are suffering. Steve is doing good on this third week of Sutent.  I am so sorry that so many are having such hard times. I don't understand any of this, and I expect that won't matter when get to heaven.  I thought when I joined the site that I would try to be a comfort to those of you who have this awful disease. I pray that is the case. I know that this DS site has brought me a sense of peace. I have shared very little with Steve about any of you. He told me that if I find strength from this site to share his story. He has always told me that he and God were in this together. He has always been the strong one in this family.  I am so glad that he is like that.  Of course he would speak to someone to give them encouragment. He has done that many times before. I guess he is  not one  to sit down and write about his feelings. Does that make sense?   I pray that all of you will have a day of peace with no pain.    My love to you all,  Wanda

Hi Sweet Wanda,
I totally relate to what you wrote in your journal today. When life is going good for us, it makes me hurt even more for those that are experiencing suffering and loss. Precious Carol is amazing.
We are all very blessed to have this special DS site. Thank you for being my friend.
Much Love, Ingrid

Dear Wanda,
You are a very caring and supportive friend, even while you and Steve are in this constant health battle. I feel blessed to have found this site (nothing like it downunder) and I thank you for being my friend.

Dear Wanda,

I am very thankful that I met you here. You and your husband have been a great source of inspiration for me. The very nature of this disease makes us all prone to good and bad times. I wish we all could be blessed with only the good....but, life has other plans sometimes and I\'ll never really understand why but I know I can learn to accept.

Love, Linda

Dear Wanda,
I just finished reading your entire journal. It is wonderful how you care for all of us and we want you to know we all care about you, your husband and you family.
You raised a couple questions for me. Has he been told to watch anything else in his diet except the liquids you mentioned? Before the mets were discovered did they show as a \"spot\" but nothing to worry about because they were not growing? Glad things are stable for you. Any update on your sister?
Thanks and Prayers,

Dear Wanda
what a lovely entry. You and Steve are such a team, and a great inspiration to us here. We really need to know about that good stuff as well as the bad. Sometimes it just gets too hard when all the news is bleak. You offer hope - a wonderful gift. Thank you
