Moderate

So today I really didn't do much just wash clothes and walk around inside the house. I also did like 3 reps of 10 with the weight for my left arm. My lower back pain was moderate today and my legs didn't feel that bad. So to me today was a good day. We had dinner at our regular time and Javier told me I should go walking after dinner bit since I habe to wait to feed José I told him I couldn't so maybe once the time changes he and I could go. The time is going by so fast the kids have only 7 more school days till spring break. This morning when I was talking to Jennifer I told her about how I get so anxious during traffic hour and she said she had thought of me yesterday when they were talking about pstd.  I really hope that's not something I have but, I am more anxious than before and I have a harder time driving José' s big truck something I had no problem doing before.  I used to volunteer to take it to get the oil changed but now I tell him to do it. I told her I hate feeling like this because it makes me seem like a cry baby and she said she felt the same about guns. Especially because her husband shot at her before and just missed.
