MISS LEADING INFO ON PEOPLES PROFILES

Hi. I know peole may have a good reason for putting miss leading  information about them selves on any part of their profile page and so on. One example of this Is when recently I was reading a members profile and past of it said  colon cancer. So i THOUGHT  NOT HAVING CHATED WITH THE PERSON AT ALL  THAT IT WAS THE PERSON WHO HAD IT BUT IT TURNED OUT IT WAS HTHE PERSONS  RELATIVE. I found this out only  by chating live with the person whoes reletive had it. It would help if people would not put confusing  info on their page but put  it and more about it in a jurnal so no  one gets confused ect agin  please thank you.
