Minor annouyance but part of a larger syndrome

So I own a couple houses and am living off the rent form them. Things are going to be f9ine financially barring major trouble or accident. As my status says, tho, I have one of the houses empty at this time and am having a property manager handle it. My hope is it gets rented soon.
the minor annoyance is not this but that my brother keeps asking me about it. He has to find something wrong in everything I do and wants to have control of things. He asked me to let him know how things are going with the rental and has said he could rent it for cheaper than the property managers are getting paid.
It is none of his business anymore and I will not let him make it any of his business. I'm not hiring him to do anything for me. He is not getting any control over me or my life. He is not responsible or trustworthy enough to have any control over anything of mine. I want nothing to do with him if possible.
I want him to leave me alone.
