mini celebration:)!

I just had a meeting with the founder and executive director of a start up museum here in Thousand Oaks called CMATO. I am so excited to have found this place and our meeting was a meet and greet for an upcoming volunteer position. It's a really small organization so it's amazing to be invited to be a part of it now. I'm really impressed with my new friend. What a vision and depth of compassion for what she wants to create for the public.

So, I'm excited. I start May 5 and since it's just me in these parts tonight (my parents are on vacation) I am celebrating here on DS. Drinking a Guinness:)
