I have had a migraine all day. My 1st cases is tonight. It's awful. So bad I have not eaten all day & now I am at McDonald's drive thru. This shit is poison but here I am.
I only ate the fries. I don\'t think I have had McDonald\'s in a year. Too bad there wasn\'t a Taco Bell. Actually that\'s a good thing or I would be eating Taco Bell 2x a week.
