MESSAGE FROM SCOTT!!!

Sun., 9-14-08:  I went to the Post Office a today.  Normally I visit the cemetery on Sunday but today I was not going to go. The weather here is YUCK!  As I was almost to the P.O.  I "heard" Scott say, "Come on, Mom!  I've got something to show you."   At first I thought I was imagining this because I have been reading the books, Talking to Heaven & Ghosts Among Us, by James Van Praagh.  I still wasn't going to go.   And then, I thought "what if?"  So, after the P.O.,  I went.   I pulled up into the cemetery and all looked fine until I pulled toward Scott's grave.  He is buried near many Grants.  On top of several of the old headstones were three very large tree limbs that had blown out of the tree that shades the Grant plots.  I said, "Well, Scott, I guess you did have something to show me!"  I pulled, tugged, and drug the limbs off the headstones and over to the side. They were all about 2-3" round and 12-15 ft. long. After that, I picked up several sticks, brushed off his headstone, and came home.   I have to tell you, this experience gave me hope.  I have told most of you I have "heard" Scott before.  Today was the one time I am not even questioning it. We had big trouble with Adam Friday night!  I had to go pick him up at 3:00 a.m. from a friends house.  She was kind enough to call me to let me know he was not doing well.  He is really struggling on his journey!  Chris is also sounding very depressed these days!  I just don't know how to help either one of them!  Scotty memory:  Not long before Scott died he decided to make some iced tea for us.  He used 8 large tea bags for 1 gallon of tea!  The tea was as dark as night and as thick as mud!  I told him we only use 3 small bags!  I laughed so hard 'cause he just couldn't figure out what went wrong.  He then informed me he made it the way they made it at McDonald's for their big container.  He wrote our directions down and they are still posted on my fridge.  I love to see his handwriting!

I am so pleased you heard Scott. It gives us all hope. I love the iced tea story too. I have a roster that Frazer wrote out still on the fridge! He got fed up with doing dishes so he made a roster for the three of us to cook, do dishes or have the evening off! He was a great cook! As for your other boys, I do hope someone can reach them. It sure is hard as their Mom with your own grief to contend with. I hope the weather is a little better today. Love Charlotte. xox

I think they are telling us things if we would just open our minds and listen.

Glad that Scott talked to you. I have never had that kind of experience with Bobby. I do have other friends that tell me the same thing. I do believe that Bobby has been with me at times in the car when something was going wrong, but no direct type contact. I also love the tea story. I wonder if you have a sibling group at your TCF meetings. Maybe the kids could get involved in that. It has rained so much this weekend I am getting tired of rain too. Have a good week....Hugs, Connie

Oh Hon, I am sooo pleased that you heard from Scotty! What a wonderful experience for you--to receive proof that he is always with you and his love surrounds you. You know I have had my own experiences, too.
I LOVED your Scotty story about the tea!! My husband is totally addicted to McDonald\'s sweet tea!!--and we normally never go there. Now, if we are running errands and there is a Mcdonald\'s nearby,--I\'ll say--I\'ll treat you to a \"sweet tea\"--He will say,\'OH Honey, don\'t tease me\" LOL--and we\'ll go through the drive through! Hugs,Judy
