Mental blind spot
My condition is really a challenge to me and my family. I've seen the mental blind spot in others sometimes and now I'm seeing it in myself. A little bit of space beyond keeping mindful of self responsibility and I start to become high flying with bravado and mania. It must be hard to manage for my parents and siblings. It's really hard. I need to keep mindful and humble but also steadily moving forward and building things I want for my life in the future.

Just do you boogaboo :)
I hope you can be gentle with yourself as much as you can … I will try that too, I think we can be so hard on ourselves
I struggle a lot mentally, emotionally & physically with my stupid injuries & autoimmune stuff & then I’m so hard on myself it’s crazy & if I stop & think about it I would never be that hard on a friend or someone I love about it. I hope I’m making any sense, one of those days…. It’s really smoky here in NY from all the wildfires in Canada it’s kinda creepy outside
Okay I think I’m done rambling in your journal lol but if you need anyone to talk to you can always reach out to me okay.
Give Blue a kiss for me
I hope your doing okay as I’m writing this
Gentle hug <3
Thanks lil missy!! xoxo
I'll bet your family is very proud of you for living on your own, taking in a pet to take care of, and holding a job for so long.. Don't get down on yourself. I'm sure you are doing better than you think.
Thanks Becky xo
I second what Becky says. Also, very wise words from Missy about treating yourself with the kindness you would show a friend. Please make sure you give yourself credit for all that you're doing really well! Hugs.
thanks judy!! xx
Big hugs. Perspective and reframing helps the ol’ mental processes while managing biological mental health woes. Rational aspirations. Grounded moves of integrity.
I’m having a hard time writing but I am chipping away at it. Little by little by little. Bit by bit by bit.
Thanks Nikki
