Memory Issues UGH!!

About 6 years ago when we were living in Lowell, IN I was experiencing dizzy spells and jaw pain and started dropping things with my right hand.  I became known as the dropper in the house.  (which has continued on and off ever since)
Looking back at a journal entry I was having double vision as early as May 9th.....I thought that didn't start until later in the month.  Wow my memory sucks the big one.
Timeline estimated:
mid November 2013 sick with a cold and treated with antibiotics and Flonase.
Called back in December 2013 Flonase didn't work changed to Nasonex once insurance approved it.  (insurance stopping covering it earlier in the year)
Seen again in January antibiotics given.....still didn't help and no consult given for ENT; switched to Lakewood Family Medicine.  Seen by NP and treated.  Seen again for swollen lymph node and moved on to ENT.  (Dr Shabbing wanted to do surgery and I declined due to DVT of unknown reason in 2006)  Saw Dr Bruxvoort because I was having dizzy spells, eye pain, ear pain and a swishing sound and headaches and also spots in my vision....I was concerned it was a carotid.  He said it was not.  (he listened and didn't hear anything.....I explained it was intermittent.
In April I finally went to Indiana and had my eyes checked by an optometrist and sent immediately to an ophthalmologist and he sent me for an MRI.  All within a few days.
(I started having memory issues, tingling in my hands, feet, or one side during this time.....not sure when it started about January- February sometime. )
He told me I have Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension.
It took me almost 3 to 4 weeks to see a neurologist and almost 2 months to see a new ophthalmologist. I had an MRV done on May 1st which was negative.  I had my LP done on April 28th w/opening pressure of 25 on a day I felt fairly well.
Afterward I was miserable for 2 days and then had 5 days of wonderful.  I felt great.  Day 6 I got sicker and sicker.  Dizzy spells, nausea by the night of May 19th into the 20th I woke at 12:30am and had the worst headache and vomited.  I failed NRP that morning being unable to think clearly or synchronize my hands to do compressions with my thumbs. ( I had started on the Diamox 250mg on May 8th.  I was suppose to increase the dosage by 250mg per week but because of the side effects I was on 250 for 2 weeks before going up to (May 29th)500mg then (June 5)750mg and then (June 12)1000mg per day.)  (500mg in the am then 500mg in the pm.)
By the time I saw the NO I had only been on 1000mg for 3 weeks.....(July3rd)  He was great and will see me back in October.  (OCT 3rd 8:30am)  He ordered a sleep study and neurological psych eval....which I will wait on for now.
Let's see where it all leads.....there are other symptoms that I just can't discuss on here that point to MS but I will just have to wait and see.......
