Memories

My friend Jennifer came over today and we were able to talk for a while. I missed talking to her because she makes me laugh so much. She also made me cry today talking about all we used to do and things I haven't been able to do for almost 2 years now. Today was also the kids first day back in school after the Christmas break so we went back to the normal schedule. I gave thanks I have my mom otherwise I don't know what I would have done. It usually works the other way around you help out your parents not vise versa like in my case. My mom is almost 70 and has had to pick up a lot of my pieces. I hate that it's that way but what can I do. I miss being me.
