Me and Blue may be not so different

Here I am. I've got so much to be grateful for and indeed I am starting to relax. I put on the AC. I lit a scented candle and am about to turn on some classical music.

But just a little  while ago I was wailing on the inside and likewise on my last journal.

Blue then came into the room scrambling across the carpet and welping a little.

It just made me see the same thing in myself.

Maybe animals just have that kind of overwhelming energy at times that makes them scream and shout a little bit, then with some change of focus and self care we settle down and relax..?

again, maybe all these moments of dischord and anxiety and fear filled transitions within me - cause me to worry if I am not normal?
when in fact we all are making order out of the chaotic moments... a new job - manage the stress to learn it...
a new home...manage the chaos to give it order and habit... - take care of life and that includes taking care of yourself
when you RISK...I'm telling myself "it's ok!" "just keep dealing"

I think our pets pick up on our moods. I tend to be a calm person much of the time and Jasmine is a calm, laid back kitty.

I'm jealous, Mark, you turned the AC on today! We had snow flurries today! I shouldn't com plain though because it did get up to 40 degrees today..

You are more like others than you maybe think. Learning how to channel and focus those energies takes a whole series of figuring out what helps. Sometimes cleaning my home helps, sometimes exercise, sometimes walking, sometimes filling my mind with visiting a new place….not necessarily vacation but visiting something closeby that you’ve never been to before. I hope the weekend goes well. Hugs.
