Yay !!! the switch finally flipped and I'm "me" again the positive, energetic, friendly person I actually recognize!!!
It's so wild how I can go from debilitatingly depressed (for months) to "me" just like that .but it's sooooo nice to be me again I hope it can last awhile this time .

I am so happy for you, Kikio. My son suffers like you do, long depression and then feeling good again. I know his medication helps him some. I was also depressed and in grief all Fall and Winter. Some days were okay and sometimes the low feeling still hits me. I hope your good feeling lasts a while also. Hugs to you.
