Management style

I've found some acceptance here for what I have to deal with.

Again I get tired and fractured and frazzled but I know I can carry on

and keep on...

I've been able to observe management styles here from a different perspective.

Each boss has their own style of it - the elder here, talks about his flock.

Not that there's anything wrong with it - but he is very much a part of

our every day life in the way things work here - and life can be ok

once you get into the momentum of things and the health that life here

brings. My parents had their own management style - other bosses too.
I loved my boss at the market. Still text with her.

I am learning about the bosses here and it's all good as I can see it now.

Everyone who is in a leadership role has to have a management style

and there's nothing wrong with it if it's not extreme in a negative sense....

My experience today of just accepting my fractured mind - and regrouping

and knowing I could get on with my tasks - made it all feel like the Peaceable

Kingdom had happed within my psyche. The Lion had laid down with the lamb.

I can move on and focus on doing the services with enthusiasm and positivity.

More energy for the good places for it to be!! Have a good night everyone!

I'm so grateful we can be there for each other! Take good care of yourselves..You're all precious cargo!!!xxxx

kudos on the acceptance of your fractured condition. accepting my psych symptoms at face value gives me far more internal resource for managing the symptoms while i do what needs to be done.

as for the corporate management styles. . . having been THE BOSS taught me the grand luxury of just following orders. discovering that grand luxury opened me to the possibilities that THE BOSS might be merely human and in need of support. easy does it, bossy-pooh.

There is no “I” in team.
