making plans and decatastrophizing stuff
I have a lot of energy that needs to be expressed...I am sitting here watching tv - and all things considered from what
I previously wrote about in my last journal, I think it's time for me to make plans for tomorrow rather than fixate and ruminate in fear and get lost in the moment as time passes by... SO,rather than seize up in fear
or panic or dismay at the prospect of making plans..I am just going to tell myself - "It will get done, measure by measure." I have found I really need to talk
myself through steps and that's ok. I think the BP quality of my condition has made me jump from zero to anguish in seconds flat.
Anyways, I think I got this. I have some responsibilities to take care of tomorrow - but I also would like to fill the time with some interesting, fun things to do.
Anyways, that is all... now on to my next activity - got to keep busy - otherwise my energy will go wonky. :)

Yes, I find by taking my life moment to moment helps ease anxiety. Staying in the moment is best, you just keep moving forward anyway....
as long as you keep being productive and setting goals for yourself.
Thanks LittleSadie. I appreciate it.
