One step at a time, one moment.  It seems the battle of the bulge has caught up to me and now PTC or pseudotumor cerebri which is also known as Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension.  To me its blah blah blah.  I am not looking forward to medical treatment and since mine is minor right now I am looking to holistic treatment instead of medicine.  Thursday I start the scary path of trying to go vegetarian.  Big changes, please Lord help me changes.  blessing to all
