Made it through another day.

I can't believe that another day has passed by.
Last night I tried to go to bed at 11pm. Turned off everything and read a little bit. Tried to go to sleep and couldn't. Turned the computer back on and then after awhile figured I was tired enough to try it again. But sleep didn't come til after 3am. I have had people tell me to just go to my doctor for something to help me sleep, but I don't want to. I've been lucky so far and just now am having a bit of trouble falling asleep. So, I think I'll keep trying it on my own.
Jeff's youngest daughter, Mandy, has been on facebook today really missing her Daddy. I so much want to reach out to her, but his ex wife has caused a lot of guilt for his girls and they don't want to get caught talking to me or it will upset their Mom. So, I will wait til they reach out to me. I do call them and leave messages on their phones just to let them know if they need anything, I'm here. They are 27 and 30, I figure they should live their life for themselves, but at this point their Mom still has a hold of them.
Its after 10:30pm and I think I will try it again tonight. Call it a early night and see if I can sleep. Wish me luck!
