Made it past day one of not smoking.
I'm writing this today because I wanted to make sure I would make it. Had I written it last night....who knows. Anyway, I made it through yesterday a bit easier than I thought. Was it the Chantix? I don't think so. In fact after I make it past day four, I'm going to stop taking it. Until then, I keep thinking "what if it is the chantix". But after day four, all nicotine should be out of my system, I mean my God I have been chugging water and cranberry juice like there is no tomorrow! Today, was even easier than yesterday! I love the quit keeper!!!! just looking at that this morning made me smile :) I showed it to my kids yesterday and then they took a look at it today. They seem pretty happy with my progress. I told them that I might be extra "bitchy" for the next couple of days, but because the withdrawal hasn't been too bad (I'm keeping my fingers crossed) that I've been very easy going. Don't get me wrong, I have my moments.....but I had my moments before I quit too. So we'll see what happens.

DONT STOP THE CHAMPIX/CHANTIX!!!!!!!! IT IS NOT FOR THE FIRST DAYS WHEN THE NICOTENE IS LEAVING OUT BODIES. IT IS THE SECOND WEEK AND ON WHEN WE NEED THE MOST HELP........ONCE THE NICOTENE IS GONE IT IS A WAR,,,, A VICEOUS WAR, AND WELL YOU SIGNED UP, YOU ARE A SOULDIER, WE ALL ARE!! IT IS A TOUGH BATTLE! I REALLY REALLY REALLY SUGGEST WE ALL DO IT WITH NO NICOTENE IN OUR BODIES IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR ANYTHING! THE NICOTENE LEAVING IS EASY, IT ONLY TAKES 3-4 DAYS AND I RATHER ENJOY IT BECAUSE YOU GET EXTRA OXYGEN. BUT ONCE THE NICOTENE IS 100% OUT OF YOUR BODY YOU CAN QUICKLY START ON THE MIND GAME. REGARDLESS OF THE QUIT METHOD YOU PICK, YOU WILL END UP FIGHTING THE VICEOUS MIND GAME, THAT IS WHERE TRUE SUCCESS LAYS. IF YOU RECIEVE THE TINIEST BIT OF NICOTENE IN YOUR BODY YOU ARE JUST PROLONGING THE ENEVITABLE THAT EVERYONE HAS TO GO THROUGH AND THAT IS THE WAR!!! THERE IS NO GETTING OUT OF IT! SORRY BUT I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! I AM A PROFESSIONAL QUITTER lolLOL!!!!
