Lunch tradition with family
How I started the New Year:
Church at 9 a.m. got an hour break.that was nice....
Practice for music for this morning ...mostly new music but we sounded pretty good,,,,we only knew 1 of 5 songs..so sounded good worked out
Church over at 11:30...headed to Kentucky...Yea
Had a great traditional luncheon with my son Jeff's family and friends...shared gifts...love...food and lots of fun...
Both hubby and i are still sick..fighting these head colds for about 3 weeks now...hopefully will be over soon...Horrible headache now....trying to rest...Abby my puppy had gotten quite bored in her cage all day, so she is letting us know... by sharing her high pitch bark...
Ok, now time for a piece of cherry....pie

Sound like great fun. We say in Judaism, the way a year starts is the way it will continue. So kudos for the Church visit. I did shabbos yesterday in temple. A good year of faith and health and friends. love ya, abby

I am just catching up with your journals. I am so far behind since this website is not giving out email notices.. I hope all is well with you now that surg is in your future. when does all this happen? I will pray for a successfull outcome.

I am still fighting a hacky cough, that will not go away. Poor Abby, I know she was glad to get out of the cage, lol. Cherry pie sounds great. Glad you had a good day. (((HUGS)))...Julia
Hi Sandi: I am glad you were able to spend time with your loved ones. Sorry about the head colds. Joe is under the weather - a head cold and sore throat. He spent yesterday and today lying down.
