Love you Greg...

Greg, I had the most AMAZING dream about you last night.  Can't believe how REAL is was?  I could touch you, I could smell you, I could feel you, I could hear you.  You were about 10 and came running towards me with your arms arms outstretched, yelling "Let's go Mum, one more time"...  you took my hand and we ran off together, laughing, I think we were at a theme park?
Shortly after, I woke up and just knew it had happened, it was so REAL, you were here with me, but then I realized, that you were gone.  :(
I haven't had a dream about you, that has ever been that real. I wanted to go back to sleep and continue visiting with you, but I just cried.  It took me awhile to fall back to sleep, but than I looked at your photo that Shannon gave me, that I have next to my bed and said good night son, THANKS for visiting. But don't stay away so long next time...
I love you son!

I am happy for you because you saw Greg and sad for you because he had to go again. It is amazing that all your senses were working. I am also glad that you were able to get back to sleep. All of that emotion must have tired you out!
Much love,

Thanks Leda, I was SUPER tired, we had just spent the last 4 days moving and if it would make him come to me in my dreams again, I would be that tired again. :)

Honestly, I am 4 years in this journey and never had or remembered a dream of Josh. I get signs or winks but no dreams. I envy you and am glad for you! I am sure there will be a time when you are super tired again and Greg will appear again in your dreams.

What a gift and healing moment for you. I have never had a visit such as this from Douglas and would adore to have one. I believe these are visits and not dreams because they are so vivid, never forgotten and the feeling is with you for a lifetime. I did have such a visit from my late brother three days after he died so I know how life changing they can be.

Greg came to you at the perfect right time when you needed an infusion of his essence and being. I couldn\'t be happier for you and am so delighted that you shared.

Thinking of you as you are in the midst of the move and hope you are seeing a light at the end of that tunnel. No more sinking, huh?!

In gratitude to your Greg for knowing what his mum\'s heart sorely needed. This will carry you for a long, long time I suspect...

Heartfelt hugs,
XO Joanie

How wonderful for you to see Greg in your dreams! I have never had a vivid dream of Michael. In the beginning, I don\'t think I really wanted to for fear it would bring on too much pain. But going on nearly 5 years, I feel so ready for a visit, even if only in my dreams...It puzzles me because I dream of other people. I used to theorize that I didn\'t dream of my son because I spent so much of my waking hours thinking of him and that sleep was a God given protective measure. Well, maybe someday my mind will allow for a visit.
Peace.

I remember about a week after Greg passed a neighbor of mine, Nikki, she\'s 25 and my pups groomer but she and Greg also became friends. She called me out of the blue, she didn\'t even know he passed and said she had the strangest dream and it was so vivid, but Greg came to her and told her she had to call me and tell me he was OK and didn\'t hurt any more. At the time I didn\'t understand what it meant, but now I do and realize he probably been trying to talk to me, but I was SHUT down from everything. Of course Nikki had been devastated when she found he passed, but 7 months later she and I have grown even closer. She had moved and we lost touch, but now I see her weekly and her little (1 yr) boy is my \'adopted\' grand baby.
