LOTS TO DO!!!

 This is not our cruise ship but it will do. In 3days we will be onboard but we leave in 2 days. I have a lot to do yet, appointments, housecleaning, look after the boys ( I have them all day tomorrow so that will limit what I can do). So that being said this will be my last journal before I leave. So hold of on your journals to me until I return which won’t be until late... Sun. Nov. 2. I am getting excited. Sure glad I bought my American money way back when our dollar was very high. Right now it would cost me about $1.22 to get $1.00 US. If you have been following my journal you know about the housekeeping job I do for a younger couple. My first week, last week, I work on Mon. And leave a note with the amount. It is to be left in the mail box on Thursday in the morning when I drop the boys off at school. Anyway, last week they did not have enough, $5.00 short, said they did not have the change. Really... give me a break.. They had 3 nights to get it. Anyway, I received the money on Monday. So I cleaned again this week. I went to pick up my pay this a.m. and no envelope in the mail box. I went to the door and he answered and I told him there was no money. He did not seem particularly pleased.... not sure why... was he put out with me for asking or his wife for not doing it. He begrudgingly said that he would go to the bank when he took his daughter to school and wanted to know the amount. When I told him $42.00 he again seemed less than pleased. I said that I would pick it up later when I went out. But my tone and facial expression should have told him I was not a happy camper!!! I am not going to put up with this. The job is not worth the small amount of money for the hard work. I think they will be looking for a new housekeeper. Guys, am I being a bitch here or what??!!Anyway, gotta run, have my own house to clean. I’ll be thinking about you and look forward to sharing my adventures when I return. God bless.
