Lost my memory :(
Hi everyone I went to work 3 weeks ago as normal and lost my memory ended up in hospital with amnesia. And terrible migraines :(. I'm getting bits and bobs back but still struggle with remembering people. Hopefully I'm getting back to normal in a good way. As anyone else had this and how can anyone help me ?

I have memory problems at times, this has plagued me since childhood. Most likely mine is due to something that caused brain damage early in life.
So I know how this feels. I\'ve had many times when I couldn\'t remember people I\'d known for years. You can lose friends this way when they don\'t understand what\'s happening.
Just be patient and try not to let it get to you. I hope you make a full recovery.

I never got amnesia. But in the early nineties I lost my short term memory due to stress. Luckily I had a great girlfriend at the time who,d remind me I was planning to do such and such when I started talking about my day that diverted all attention away from what I planned the night before. My longterm memory was excellent. But I got to marking everything down that was planned for the following day(s). I now do that when I\'m starting something for the first time. But that is so much better than what I had in the nineties. I do hope things get better for you in that area.
Thanxx doug my memory as just about fully returned and I\'m doing a lot better I\'ve been back to work 2 and half month and that really helped gain my memories back thankfully I\'m on the mend and it won\'t happen again
