I made it again yesterday without cutting... but I held my razor tightly in my hand craving the incision... Just one cut to see if I was still alive... It's getting harder to keep from it... I'm addicted to the pain that makes me forget the thoughts running circles through my head...

You are alive and you are beautiful. And the pain makes the running stop but it holds you back from so much. It hurts at first not to be numb but you will see how you would never want to go back to that numbness. You can do this without any razor. You have a beating heart and a soul. I believe in you
