Lost 2 Pounds.. or no pounds
I'm not really sure if I lost any weight or not when I weighed this morning. I got on the scale prior to my workout and my weight was the same as it was on Friday. I worked out, got my shower, and weighed again on my way out the door. Oddly enough, it showed a 2-pound drop in weight. So, I'm a little confused if I lost 2 pounds or nothing at all.
Either way, I'm dropping in size. I had my monthly Masonic business meeting last night. One of my brothers asked me how much weight had I lost. Always a good question to hear. My dress belt was even fitting looser, so I had to take it up a notch.
Regardless of what weight I go with, the results are visible in both body size and body weight. I'm still lighter than I was and I'm going to be lighter than I am. I'm going to say I'm at 333, and take the 2-pound loss for no other reason than to keep me motivated.

I\'d go with the loss also! Good job!
Yes, that\'s what I did. But, here\'s the flip side. If I record that loss today, puts on the pressure to keep it up and maybe I don\'t show a loss on Friday.
Then again.. what if a bullfrog had wings?
I love your attitude on everything!
