Loss of pets Volume 2
Hi fans. in 1985 we had a bugie caled Joie. One day he was flyingabout in the house & stuck his head on te pipe of our gass cooker. He had bedly injuredhimself. We took him to the vet but the could do little for him & saiddont expect him to lve past today. We found him dead in his cage the next day & buiried him.Wen we were out in the country I was 13 years old we ad a tortoise & ond day a neighbours young son came down . Being child like he picked him up. I went through to the room where the tortoise was seeing the boy standing there holding him. It ws winter & as folk know' Tortoises hibernate during the wnter & desturbing their sleep can be failat. In tis case it was. I tried t tell the bo that its not good to desturb the tortoise during winter & wh. The tortieses Namwas TommyI meant to add that the dog that had pups too soon lost one through daeth. Un nown reason. I was checking the pups one day & saw that one never seamed to move. So lifting it up i felt it cold & stiff like stone. I knew he was dead. I took him out of the room & hid him some were in the house knowing that the mother wouldgo looking for him. When she did I went through to the room where the others wee & lifted one up took it to a sertain place in the house so the moter would find it. It seamed she thought it was the first one but I dont know. Maybe that is why she later bit a child. The shock of loosing one of her young. Maybe Im party to blaim for taking the dead one away & later buirying it. yet waht else could I do?. Im not going down the road of blaiming my self. I did al, I could do. Im sorry if it is what caused the mother to snap at people or if it was even part of the cause.Take care Lots of love & hugs fromme. Please also pass this on.
