Looking at reality
Well got to say things have been up side down in my life ,I have not wrote lately because I try to be positive, but in reality life is not all positive even though I am not giving up,trying to find out why I am having this pressure in my ear ,along with migraines have been a struggle ,doctors do not seem to help, hard to believe,my best hope is I will wake up and this will be gone,a gain this to is not reality. Reality is life can be hard and hurt full ,and lonely, but we can not give up ,some days I do not know how I make it but I do. My friends here get me through. I am down that my family does not support me,I pray about that, but I have my family here. I really think if you never walk in some ones shoes you never know where there going. So here is to the people that walk in my shoes and I walk in yours.

Shirley I think this weather has got to be part of the problem with the pressure and migraines - I know that it has been on the increase for me this past week - especially when the tornadoes went through, and now we have snow! My poor head can\'t keep up with it. My family too gets tired of me not getting better - they try to understand, but they really don\'t. Even though I too have not been on in a while, it is comforting to know that there are those who do truly understand and walk in the same shoes. You are not alone my friend - and neither am I!
Gentle ((hugs)) shared for life to improve very soon.
Venting and sharing is all helpful. I love to share when life is good but so much of this crisis is completely overwhelming and coping alone I need to share to allow me a way to hang on through the insanity of it all.
It helps and life is improving - just from sharing.
:-) Patricia
I really wish you could find a doctor that could help your pain...there should be some meds for this! Walking with you my friend...karen

Shirley I hope you feel better soon. Grieving leads to physical illness, this is a fact. It\'s a vicious cycle we get into and I don\'t know the way out of it, I wish I did. I pray you find moments of peace and any time you feel like talking I\'m always up to a chat. Sending love, Terry
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change
Courage to change the things that I can
Wisdom to know the difference
\"The Serenity Prayer\"
It has helped me, blessings and love, susie
After reading Number9\'s journal about her severe headaches turning out to be a broken tooth she didn\'t even know she had, you may want to consult your dentist?? I hope whatever it is, it will soon be healed. I suffer from migrians too...though not very often thank goodness!
Yes, reality is life is good and bad, fun and sad, health and sickness, togetherness and aloneness...it\'s all the good, bad, beautiful and ugly. The trick is to stay focused on the positives and hold on tight through the negatives. We must never give up!
Sending you lots of love and positive energy and prayers for a speedy recovery~~Teri.
I sure can relate about not writing due to the negatives !! Hope you feel better soon....real soon
I believe in actupucture. It is an ancient chinese way of healing. Many years ago I was being treated for migrains by an AP they were gone for about 8 months. I believe in natural healings this is the one that is proven to work. Hope this thought helps

Absolutely true, Shirley. We know...because we have walked in very similar shoes...the most common thing being these shoes HURT because they just don\'t fit...never should have been on our feet in the first place is how we feel! Keep hanging in there and never give up...there really is HOPE...
Love, Donna
