lookin on the bright side
well, I'm going to try to look on the bright side this week. I didn't hurt myself or binge, so I've got a full month without any sort of injuries and two weeks strong of eating right. :) I ate a little more than I wanted to at my parents' house yesterday. My brother made potstickers which are my weakness, but I didn't eat more than a normal person would, just more than I would like to have eaten. when I got back to my apartment, I didn't let the disappointment of eating them drag me down into a binge, and I'm not gunna fast, because I don't feel terrible. :) I'm doin good, and I'm ready for the week.
starting out with proper meal sizes and at good times today, then I'm jogging with my roommates tonight and doin the same thing everyday this week. :) life is gunna be ok, or at least that's what I'll keep tellin myself.

side note: I mentioned transferring back to the university I went to in chicago a few weeks ago to my mom. she brought it up yesterday about looking into getting my scholarship back and which credits transfer. she also said it\'s between me and her until I want to tell my dad, thank god, because the college thing is always a fight with him. I am going to college, but I transferred to an easier one back home because I couldn\'t stop wanting to kill myself. I\'m going to consider talking to someone and getting antidepressants so I can go back and start my life back up.
